Book the One (Dragons of Histh) commentary

There is an American Roman Catholic priest named Robert DeGrandis.Back in the late 1980's and early 1990's he was active in the faith healing movement.He had his own little group of followers,and one of those was the RL Ida.Ida was having vision difficulties and fell head over heels over Father DeGrandis.There was a lot of deep water between the two,and she came to depend apon him as a second father figure.The Dragons of Histh version of Ragnarok in the Canadian Caverns is a pretty good approximation of how the real life tragedy played out when R DeGrandis pressed stalking charges against Ida.

The other RL events hinted at in Book the One is the Dutch emigration after World War Two.

For the Texans ,the setting was initially set in Galveston,Texas.Robert DeGrandis particular order of priests was based out of Texas,and hence RL geography had a impact on how Dragons of Histh was initially visualized.
